RESOLUTION APPOINTING INSURANCE
BROKER OF RECORD
BE, IT, RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret (the "Borough") that the firm of Doyle Consulting Group,
Inc. is hereby appointed as the broker of the Borough.
BE, IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take
effect irmnediately.
BE, IT, FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor and Borough Clerk
be and are hereby authorized to execute documents required to
accomplish the intended purpose of the Resolution.
BE, IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment is made
without competitive bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-5 in that
such insurance services are specifically excluded.
BE, IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be
advertised as prescribed by law.
BE, IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of this action shall be
published in the Home News Tribune on February 6, 2001.
