DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF DINGO LICENSES TO
WItEREAS, application has been properly made to tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by Carteret Jes,ri.sh Com~mi. ty Center
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WI1EREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WIIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with P, ules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
I~.egulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND Fl' IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor aud
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that tile Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
dh'ected to execute the ~ndorsement of'the Mayor and Council by issulng,.upon proper
presentation o£application and Fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that a ce{tiffed copy of this Resolution be sent
Forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
