CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
FOR 23 MARY STREET AND 35 MC KINLEY AVENUE
WHEREAS, Richard Delurski of 23 Mary Street and Robert/Rosalie Stazko of 35
McKinley Avenue have requested Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that thc following Handicapped Parking Spaces shall
be designated;

35 MCKINLEY AVENUE ROBERT/ROSALIE STAZKO
Adopted this 6th day of February, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on February 7, 2003.
