The regular meeting of the Fraser Town Council was held April 3,
1975 at the Town Hall. Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by
Mayor Leonard.. Councilmen present were: Ronald irwin, Clifford
Clayton, James Winter III, Marsha Tucker and Thoral Welch. Clerk
Alta Gesellman, Monte RoFers and guest William Edwards.
Minutes of last regular meeting read and approved as read.
Warrants resented for payment.

Mayor stated he had talked to Attorney Doucette about Uniform aldg.
Code. Attorney sua.2sted we adoet same and then amend to our
needs. Bldg. code needs to be adopted for HUD moneys and also
Federal Insurance on Flood Plein.
Tucker to meet with Grand County Commissioners April 8 to see if
a contract can be worked out for police protection and county
building inspector services.
Letter read from :North West Council of Governients stating they
had approved our/application and A 95 review. Copy of same sent
to stbte of colo. and Ka,' Associates.
Carlson property has been cleared. 'arranty Deed 91368)5 filed
at Grand County Court Louse.
Clton susested t council have coffey meeting following; public
hearings April 14 0 15, 1975.
Mayor ask members to attend April 17 meeting at County Court House
at 7:50 p.m. The meeting will take up issues of County Dog control
and county Sales Tax.
Dog control in town discusted Clayton moved to amend dog
Ordinance 545- Section 91 "Dog" defined to read "Tb2 word "dog"
as used in this section shall be construded to mean any dog, bitch
or other whelp over 3 days of age" and any other section as
A needed. 2nd by Tucker and carried. It was oroposed a summons be
