A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM AND MARTIN E. O'BOYLE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream (Town) is empowered and authorized to enter
into Development Agreements in accordance with the Florida Local Government
Development Act, Section 1633220- 163.3243, Fla. Stat. (the Act); and
WHEREAS, the Town and Martin E. O'Boyle (Owner) have reached an agreement
regarding the development regulations to be applied to the property located at 23 North
Hidden Harbour Drive, Gulf Stream; and
WHEREAS, the Development Agreement between Owner and the Town is
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Commission hereby approves the Development Agreement
between Owner and the Town. Pursuant to §163.3239, Fla. Stat., the Town Clerk is
directed to record the Development Agreement within 14 days of the execution by the
parties to the Development Agreement.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon approval and
passage as set forth herein.
Approved, passed and adopted by the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf
Stream this 17th day of September, 2013.
