Resolution To Dispose of Stock
WtlEREAS, The Borough of Carteret received 1,958 shares of Prudemial
Financial, Inc stock certificates bearing CUSIP number 7443020102 as part ora
dividend distribution plan, and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret wants to sell the shares that it curremly
obtained at fair market value.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret hereby
authorizes Patrick J. DeBlasio, Chief Finance Officer, to take the necessary steps and
actions to dispose of said stock certificates and issue a final report to Council of all
transactions.
