THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO S-3
An Ordinance de-annexing certain lands from the City Limits
Boundries of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of
Bel Aire, Sedgwick County Kansas:
SECTION 1: The following described land, to-wit:
Beginning at the S. E. Corner of the N. W. 1/4 of Section
30, TWP 27-S, R-2-E of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick County Kansas;
thence West along the south line of said Section 30, 764.32
feet to the northly right of way line of the Missouri Pacfic
Railroad; Thence northeasterly along said Railroad to the
east line of said Northwest quarter of Section 30, thence south
400.69 feet to the beginning.
is hereby de-annexed from the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick County,
Kansas.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
SECTION 3: Upon the passage and publication of this Ordinance the
City Clerk shall file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the County
Clerk, The Register of Deeds and the County Election Commissioner of Sedgwick
County, Kansas.
