DESIGNATING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by thc Mayor and Council of thc
Borough ol Carteret, County of Middlcsex, Statc of New Jersey, that the
UNITED ROOSEVELT SAVINGS BANK
UNITY BANK
be and hereby are designated as the official depositories of the Borough of Carteret
and that checks for payment of money upon said official depositories, be signed on
behalf of the Borough of Carteret by the Mayor, Borough Treasurer and Municipal
Clerk;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this Ist of February, 2001 and certified
as a true copy of thc original on February 2,
2001.
