COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 2, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The December 2, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Public Hearings
Mayor Struemph arrived at this point in the meeting (5:48 P.M.) during City
Counselor Drew Hilpert’s explanation of the Public Hearing procedure.
Informal Calendar
Councilman Graham stated he intends to leave Bill 2014-89 (Rezoning 2417 W.
Edgewood) on the Informal Calendar until the December 15 Council meeting.
Councilman Scrivner stated that he will remove Bill 2014 -92 (Wastewater
Agreement with St. Martins) from the Informal Calendar unless the Council
indicates they would not be ready to vote on it tonight. No one stated they were
not ready to vote on it tonight, but that they may have questions in the Regular
Meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
