The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session Friday evening,
March 15, 1968 at 7:45 P. M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - Clerk
All members present.
Discussion on the water system. Moved by Raybu±n Anderson that plans and
specifications be prepared by the Village Engineer, Mr. Mills, which includes
the revisions and exceptions that were included in a prior motion, the
exceptions that were made with respect to the water system as corrected
by Mr. Mills.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the Village of Medina make application for
Federal Aid on the sewa_e plant project, and that Wayne Neddermeyer be
designated the official representative of the Village, pertaining to all
negdtiations regarding the grant.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
Mr. Mills reported on the Southwest Suburban Sewer District meeting which he
attended on Thursday.
A letter from Maple Grove regarding sewer was read.
Moved by Raymond Bosch that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Arthur Theis.
Motion carried.
