We would like to acknowledge that the land we inhabit today was once known as Tovangaar, the home of
the Gabrieleno-Tongva people. We show our respects to the Gabrieleno-Tongva people, as well as all
Indigenous people, past, present, and future, and honor their labor as original caretakers of this land. We
commit to uplifting the Gabrieleno-Tongva people, invite you to acknowledge the history, and join us in
caring for this land.

exposure to litigation against Hub Cities Consortium as a result of a claim for damages filed by Palmieri
Tyler on behalf of e -Builders, Inc. - One (1) matter.

with Legal Counsel - Based on existing facts and circumstances, Hub Cities Consortium is deciding
whether to initiate litigation - One (1) matter.
