AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RHD (RESIDENTIAL HIGH
DENSITY) to C -G (COMMERCIAL GENERAL). APPLICANT: Vincent Danise.
LOCATION: EAST SIDE OF ALLEGHENY AVENUE APPROX. 300 FEET NORTH OF
6TH STREET. (88-RZ-6)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to
read as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from RHD (Residential
High Density) to C -G (Commercial General) on property described as
County of Riverside Assessor's Parcel Numbers 419-150-013, 014,
015 and 036.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage as provided by law.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February
1989.
