AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RSF (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE
FAMILY) to SPA (SPECIFIC PLANNING AREA). APPLICANT:
COSCAN/STEWART PARTNERSHIP. LOCATION: ON THE WEST SIDE OF ELM
STREET, NORTH OF 8th STREET. (88-RZ-7)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to
read as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from RSF (Residential
Single Family) to SPA (Specific Planning Area) on property
described as County of Riverside Assessor's Parcel Numbers
414-142-023, 414-181-001, 003, 414-193-014, 015, 016, 017 and 029.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
clays after its final passage as provided by law.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March
1.989.
