ORDINANCE NO.isf
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING ON A PARCEL OF
PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED FROM LIGHT COMMERCIAL
TO COMMERCIAL ZONING AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE IN CONFORMITY THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1.
The classification of the zoning pertaining to the following
described real property be and is hereby changed from the zoning
classification of Light Commercial to Commercial, to wit:
The West 338 feet of the following described tract
of land: That part of the East 673 feet of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 26 South,
Range 1 East, lying South of the Missouri-Pacific
Railroad right-of-way, except the South 1,172.59
feet thereof, subject to road right-of-way on the
East 50 feet thereof.
Section 2.
The official zoning map of the City of Bel Aire should be
and is hereby ammended to show the above described property as
zoned Commercial.
Section 3.
The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
publication in the official city publication.
Passed and adopted by the City Council this ~day of April, 1983.
Approved by the Mayor this ~day of April, 1983.
