ORDINANCE NO. 134-1997
AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
RICHMOND TO RECEIVE A DONATION
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond, Indiana, has the option of accepting or rejecting
donations for a specific purpose; and
WHEREAS, the acceptance of a donation for a specific purpose constitutes the
appropriation of such property for the intended purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that all donations during the calendar years 1997 and 1998 for the following Parks and
Recreation programs to be held in 1998 shall be accepted and gratefully acknowledged by the
citizens of Richmond:
Indoor Putt -Putt
Junior/Adult Golf Tournament
Highland Golf Tournament
4. Rose Festival 5K/l0K Racc/Walk/Kiddie Run
5. 5K Sizzlin' Summer Classic
6. Sports Blast
7. Haunted Forest
8. Easter Carnival
9. Spring Break Camp
10. All Preschool Classes
11. J.U.K.O.
12. Kids Camp
13. Family Outdoor Movie Series
14. Family Fun Festival
15. Fright Night
16. Celebration of Lights
17. Christmas Break Camp
18. 5K/IOK Frostbite Run
