AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REPEALING SECTION 17.65.300 OF THE BEAUMONT
MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED SWIMMING POOLS, SPAS AND SIMILAR
WHEREAS, new Chapter 17.67 was added to the Beaumont
Municipal Code by adoption of Ordinance No. 709, providing updated
regulations dealing with swimming pools, spas and hot tubs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 17.65.300 of the Beaumont Municipal
Code, entitled Swimming Pools, Spas and Similar, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after
its passage the City Clerk shall cause a summary to be published
in the Community Adviser, a newspaper of general circulation, in
the manner prescribed by law for publishing of Ordinances of said
City.
