AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R -A (RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL DENSITY) TO C -HS (COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY SERVICE)
APPLICANT: MARK HILBERT. LOCATION: BETWEEN BEAUMONT AVENUE,
AND ORANGE AVENUE, 573 FEET SOUTH OF FIRST STREET (93-RZ-2).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to
read as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from R -A (Residential
Agriculture) to C -HS (Commercial Highway Service) on property
described as County of Riverside Assessor's Parcel Number 418-
310-003.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage as provided by law.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this llthday of August
1993.
