AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R -A (RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL) TO M -L (LIGHT MANUFACTURING)
APPLICANT: KENKO, INC. LOCATION: NORTHWEST CORNER OF GRACE
AND FIRST STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to read as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from R -A (Residential Agriculture) to M -L (Light
Manufacturing) on property described as County of Riverside Assessor's Parcel Number 417-
160-018, 019 and 025, in accordance with the existing General Plan designation of Business
Park.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage as
provided by law.
