GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
Executive Session
August 29, 1995
The Greencastle Common Council met in executive session on Tuesday, August 29,
1995, at 5:00 pm at City Hall. The following members were present at the start of the
meeting: Councilor Charles Miles, Councilor Sue Murray and Councilor Tom Roach.
Councilor Mike Rokicki arrived at 5:08 pm. Also present were Mayor Michael Harmless and
City Attorney John Zeiner. The Greencastle /Putnam County Development Center was
represented by its director, Mr. Hill Dory and Mr. Nelson Ford. City Engineer Chris Barnes
arrived as the discussion was getting underway.
Mr. Dory presented information concerning an industrial client that continues to have
serious interest in acquiring the Sherwin- Williams property for an expansion to
® Greencastle /Putnam County. Lengthy discussion of this prospect ensued
With no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.
