AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM CG, GENERAL
COMMERCIAL, TO RHD, RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amerded to read
as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from CG, General Commer-
cial, to RHD, Residential High Density on properties
described as follows: Assessors Parcel Numbers 418-103-005,
006, 007, 008 and 009.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
afters Tinal passage and within fifteen (15) dayE after its
passage the City Clerk shall cause it to be publisYed in the
Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prEscribed by
law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
