• Is the City incurring liability if we allow drinking on the beach and someone who is drunk dies in a
riptide or downing accident?
• Is there any way to add more parking places or structures to the Island?
• Can we allocate parking preference to cars carrying more than 2 people?
• What financial impact to the local businesses did you experience?

• What are costs, etc., are involved in better patrolling the beach?
