RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves
The Town Board of Fraser, met in regular session at 8 :25 P.M., April 6, 1959,
at Clayton's Cafe, with the following members present:
Iver Florquist
George Smith.
Absent: Councilmen Frank Carlson and George Goranson.
The minutes of the last meeting were read, and upon; motion, seconded and
approved as read.
The following bills were presented for payment:
Leroy Hauptman $26.00
Charlene Emal 29.00
Mountain Parks Electirc 60.34•
Clifford Clayton 160.90'
Motion made by Melvin Fesler and seconded by George Smith that the bills be
paidm, and the clerk was instructed to draw warrants for same. Motion carried.
The bank statement was presented as of March 30, 1959, showing a balance of
$6316.15.
Ordinance #15, pertaining to the granting of a franchise to Rocky Mountain
Natural Gas Co., was presented for second reading. Motion made by Melvin Fesler
and seconded by George Smith that Ordinance #15 be approved on seconded reading,
and published. Motion carried.
