The Board will consider accepting the following public session minutes:
02/23/16.
ii. STAFF RECOGNITION/APPOINTMENTS (ACTION) (DISCUSSION)
1.The Board of Selectmen will recognize Bill Lukey for his 33 years on service on
the Hopkinton Fire Department.
2.The Board of Selectmen will formally discuss appointing a representative to
the
MAPC SWAP subregion, along with a Planning Board member will need to
appoint a representative. The BOS can appoint up to 2, one of whom must be
the MAPC representative and the Planning Board must appoint 1.

ii. ONE DAY LIQUOR LICENSE (ACTION)

The Board will consider approving a one day liquor license (Wines and Malt Beverages
only) request from Elizabeth Burke on behalf of St. John the Evangelist Youth Group,
on April 9, 2016 from 6‐10 p.m. at St. John’s Parish Center. This is a Youth Group
fundraiser and proceeds will go toward youth group activities.

iii. MARATHON FUND REQUEST (ACTION)
The Board will consider approving a Marathon Fund Request for $1,750 for the
purpose of transferring 16 HHS Football films from 1930 through 1982 from 8mm or
16 mm films to Quick Time Files. These would be shown at various times as part of
HOPTVs “From the Vault” programming.
7:00 PM TOWN MANAGER FY17 BUDGET RECOMMENDATION (ACTION)
4.Per Town Charter §6‐2(e), the Town Manager will submit an FY17 comprehensive
budget to the Board of Selectmen. The School Committee, Appropriation Committee
and the Capital Improvement Committee are invited to the discussion.

5. SECTION 12 GENERAL ON‐PREMISES LICENSE APPLICATION (ACTION)
Proponent: Hopkinton Center for the Arts, Inc., Kelly Grill, Manager

The Board will open a public hearing to consider approval of a new application for an
All‐Alcohol General On‐Premises alcohol license.
