ORDINANCE NO. 136-1997
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
FOR RUMPKE OF INDIANA, LLC, AT 275 FORT WAYNE AVENUE
WHEREAS Rumpke of Indiana, LLC, has petitioned Common
Council of Richmond, Indiana, requesting a modification/
amendment to a Special Use District classification in the M-I
Light Industrial District at 275 Fort Wayne Avenue, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to modify/amend the Special Use District as requested
to allow for the expansion of the existing cardboard recycling
facility;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the Special Use District zoning designation of the real estate at 275 Fort
Wayne Avenue, is hereby modified/amended to allow for the expansion of the existing
cardboard recycling facility.
