AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT1
OF BEAUMONT ADDING SUBSECTION C TO SECTION
8.20.190 OF THE BEAUMONT MUNICIPAL CODE
MAKING VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER 8.20
INFRACTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Beaumont, State of California, as follows:
SECTION 1: There is hereby added to Section 8.:!0.190 of
the Municipal Code of the City of Beaumont the following
Subsection C:
C. Any violations as set forth in subsecti,ms
A and B of this Section shall be considered
infractions and Sections 1.16.030 and 1.16.)40 of
the Beaumont Municipal Code shall apply.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect as
provided by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on this lith day of May
1987, upon the following roll call vote.
AYES: Council Member Connors, Shaw, Waller and Mayer Partain.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
