AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEF'.UMONT,
CALIFORNIA, PREZONING 2.94 ACRES FROM COUNTY R-1
(RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY) TO CITY RSF (RESIDENTIAI SINGLE
FAMILY). APPLICANT: DELORES MEZORI, SUNNY ACRES GUEST HOME.
LOCATION: 13140 AMERICAN AVENUE. (ANNEXATION 87 -ADX -1-39)
WHEREAS, the owner of property at 13140 American Avenue has
requested annexation to the City of Beaumont; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) of
the County of Riverside requires that a City prezone property
prior to the filing of an annexation application; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing as required by law
was conducted by the Beaumont City Council on the 8th day of
June, 1987 on said prezoning;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amene.ed to read
as follows:
Property identified as Riverside County Assessor Parcel
Numbers 419-222-018, 019, 020 and 021 are prezoned from
County R-1 (Residential Single Family) to City RSF
(Residential Single Family).
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage the City Clerk shall cause it to be published in the
Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner preEcribed by
law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.

Beaumont DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 8th day of June , 1987, and was duly
adopted upon second reading on the 22nd day of June 1987, upon
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Member Connors, Shaw, Waller and Mayor Partain.
