AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEIJMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM HDR (;1IGH
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO CG (COMMERCIAL GENERAL). AP'?LICANT:
JASPER STONE DEVELOPMENT CO. LOCATION: .42 ACRES NORTH OF 6TH
STREET AND EAST OF ILLINOIS STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to read
as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from HRD (High Density
Residential) to CG (Commercial General) on property des-
cribed as County of Riverside Assessor's Parcel Number
419-232-031.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage the City Clerk shall cause it to be published in the
Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, ?rinted and
published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by
law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
