THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLObS :
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amen .ed to read
as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from PUD (Planne3 Unit
Development) to Commercial Highway Services on pro)erty
described as County of Riverside Assessor's Parcel Number
414-130-011 and 414-130-012.
SECTIOP 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirti (30) days
after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage the City Clerk shall cause it to be published in the
Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by
law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
