SiC'IO:i 1: Seci_:ion 17.40.305 is amended to read as
follows:
-2.) PLOT PLAN USES. Tho following uses ark permitted
subject to the approval of a Mot plan Pursuant to
Cha,)ter 17.70 of this ordinance. The plot plan
approval may include conc'.itions requiring fencing
and landscaping of the parcel to assur D that the

a. In order to comply with the California
Beverage Container Recycling and Litter
Reduction Act, retailers may implement the
following:
1) In-store reverse vending machines or
recycling centers less than 500 square
feet shall be allowed wit 1
