AN URGENCY INTERIM ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING URGENCY =INTERIM
ORDINANCE NO. 651 FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY (90) ]PAYS
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Urgency Interim Ordinance No. 651 is hereby ex-
tended for a period of ninety (90) days, ending at midnight on
March 23, 1988.
SECTION 2: In all other respects, Ordinance No. 651 shall
remain in force and effect as set forth in the original.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is adopted as an urgency
measure pursuant to the provisions of Section 65858 o:' the
Government Code of the State of California and shall -;ake effect
immediately.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1987.
