AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM COMMERCILL GENERAL
AND RESIDENTIAL MULTI FAMILY (CG AND RMF) TO COMMERC::AL GENERAL
(CG). APPLICANT: CITY OF BEAUMONT. LOCATION: N/S::DE OF 6TH
STREET, BETWEEN AMERICAN AND XENIA. (87-RZ-;)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOE;> ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereb;r amended to
read as follows:
The zoning designation is changed from Comme^cial
General and Residential Multi Family (CG and RMF)
to Commercial General (CG) on properties des:ribed
as follows: Assessors Parcel Numbers 419-20Z-005,
419-202-006, 419-202-007, 419-202-008, 419-2)2-009,
419-202-010, 419-202-011, 419-202-012, 419-2)2-013,
419-202-015, 419-213-039, 419-213-040, 419-2L3-042,
419-213-043, 419-213-045, 419-213-048 and 41)-213-
050.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) says after its
passage, the City Clerk shall cause it to be published in the
Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by
law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
