ITEM #1: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #2: Open the public hearing
ITEM #3: Annexation and Zoning of two parcels owned by Habitat for Humanity of
Orange County on the north side of Locust Road. The zoning requested is
Residential-10. The impacted PINs are 9865-65-4242 and 9865-75-0830.
ITEM #4: Future Land Use Plan updates and amendments for the Hillsborough Planning
Jurisdiction and areas covered by the 2009 Hillsborough Orange Inter-local Land
Management Agreement with Orange County.
ITEM #5: Text Amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance:
a. Sections 3.8.4.4 and 3.9.4.3 to clarify that a waiver cannot be granted for
stormwater protection standards.
b. Section 5.1, 5.2, and 9.2 to establish a definition of and requirements for
Electronic Gaming.
c. Section 5.2.24.1 to remove references to the Central Commercial district
for motor vehicle fuel stations.
d. Section 6.18.15 to establish a zero front setback requirement for
freestanding signs in the Central Commercial district.
