AN ORDINANCE OF THE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 731, ADOPTING DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT NO. DA -7
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Beaumont, California, that
Ordinance No. 731, entitled "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Beaumont,
California Adopting Development Agreement No DA -7 Between the City of Beaumont and the
Lockheed Corporation" is hereby rescinded. A true, correct and complete copy of Ordinance no.
731 is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th Day of February, 1998, upon the following
vote:
AYES: Council Members Westcot, Berg, Parrott, and Zeller.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: Mayor Leja.
ABSENT: None.

I, Michael Burch, the City Clerk of the City of Beaumont, do hereby certify that the
forgoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the said City held
on the 27th day of January, 1998, and was duly adopted upon a second reading on the 10th day of
February, 1998, upon the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Westcot, Berg, Parrott, and Zeller.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: Mayor Leja.
