COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 15, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The December 15, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Absent: Ward
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations by Staff & Invited Guests
Parks & Recreation Director Bill Lockwood stated that pe rsons could not be
present tonight for item (a) under that agenda item and requested that it be
postponed to a later meeting.
Discussion of Miscellaneous Items
Councilman Bray stated that he understood Mayor Struemph intended to call a
special meeting on Monday, December 22, at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the issue of
the multipurpose building.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
