ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Angle, Berry, Ferguson, Groner, Klindt, Olsen, Smith, Viessman, Vogel, and Weber Absent: None A quorum was declared present. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN Councilman Kenneth Ferguson nominated Councilman Clyde Angle, seconded by Councilman David E. Smith. Councilman Edith Vogel nominated Councilman Bob Weber, seconded by Councilman Kenneth Ferguson. There being no further nominations to come forward at this time, Councilman Clyde Angle was elected as Finance Chairman by the following roll -call vote: FOR ANGLE FOR WEBER Angle Berry Ferguson Klindt Groner Vogel Olsen Weber Smith Viessman ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN Councilman David E. Smith nominated Councilman Bob Weber, seconded by Councilman Roy Viessman. Councilman Weber declined the nomination Councilman Richard Groner nominated Councilman Kenneth Ferguson, seconded by FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING APRIL 21, 2003 2 UNAPPROVED Councilman Roy Viessman. Councilman Ferguson was then approved as vice -chairman by a voice vote. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Finance Committee at this time, Councilman Kenneth Ferguson made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Edith Vogel, and approved unanimously at 8:40 P.M.
