RE: Planning Commission Calendar
Each year Town Council posts a schedule of their meeting dates for the year which does
not include a second meeting in August. I would like to propose that the Planning
Commission do the same. This would allow both the Planning Commission and staff to
better manage their summer vacation schedules around meetings as we will know what
dates meetings are planned for and to plan accordingly. I’ve attached a draft meeting
schedule for your review.

Approval
I move that the Planning Commission adopt the proposed 2020 meeting schedule.
Alternative Motion
I move that the Planning Commission adopt the following meeting schedule for 2020
