The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M.
Mayor John Landwehr stated that City Administrator Steve Rasmussen would be facilitating the meeting
and making a presentation regarding long-term goals and budget priorities.
Mr. Rasmussen made a power point presentation listing several basic budget items, and asked the
Council Members to let him know what some of their priorities would be during this year’s budget.
Council Members mentioned several items which asked to be added to the list for further discussion and
consideration. At the conclusion of that process, Mr. Rasmussen stated Staff would update the list and
put together some information on associated costs of those items to be presented at the May 2 meeting.
There being no further business brought forward, a motion was made by Councilman Kevin Brown to
adjourn, seconded by Councilman Mike Harvey and approved unanimously at 8:00 P.M.
