AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 250-03-21, THE
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2020, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2021; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF
IONA, IDAHO,IN THE SUM OF$253,168.00 AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IONA,
IDAHO THAT:
Section 1 . Amendment of Fiscal Year 2021 Appropriations. Ordinance No.
250-03-21, the appropriations ordinance for the City of Iona, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1,2020,and ending September 30,2021,be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
That additional revenues for the general fund in the amount of $253,168.00 be
included from the American Rescue Plan Act, and that the additional sum of
$253,168.00 be appropriated from the general fund from the American Rescue Plan
Act; to be used for Capital Improvements in the City of Iona.
Thus, the expenditures from the general fund will be $1,496,868; expenditures
from the water fund shall remain $3,329,800; and total expenses shall be
$4,826,668.00.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
execution, and publication in the manner provided by law. J��(
