ITEM #1: Members will attend presentation by Joe Minicozzi at the UNC Business School.
Immediately following the presentation, a brief business meeting will be convened at the
Business School.
ITEM #2: Call to order and confirmation of a quorum.
ITEM #3: Additions to the agenda & agenda adjustment.
ITEM #4: Approval of minutes from February meeting.
ITEM #5: Welcome new board member.
ITEM #6: Discussion of request for a text amendment to allow performance facilities in the Central
Commercial zoning district.
ITEM #7: Election of officers and board representatives:
Chair & Vice-Chair
Parks and Recreation Board
Board of Adjustment
ITEM #8: Adjourn and return to Hillsborough
