ITEM #1: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #2: Open the public hearing
ITEM #3: Special Use Permit request for Mt. Bright Baptist Church to construct a faith-
based cemetery on 1.44 acres at the southeast intersection of Cedar Grove Road
and Cedar Street. The plan proposes gravel access roads and 362 burial sites after
the removal of the existing dwelling and proposes no permanent buildings,
parking, or staff. This is OCPIN 9864-99-0402. (Speakers on this item must be
sworn)
ITEM #4: Rezoning Request from the Arden Group on behalf of Capital Ford of Hillsborough to
rezone 8.02 Acres at 350 S Churton Street from General Commercial to High Intensity
Commercial. This request would remove the legal non-conforming status from the
existing site uses. The request impacts OC PIN 9864-91-2048 and 9864-91-2345
ITEM #5: Rezoning and Special Use Permit request from EGL Concepts, LLC to rezone 2.01
acres adjacent to the existing Leland Little Auction House to Entranceway Special Use
and develop the site by adding 13,819 sf to the existing building and construct 124
parking spaces to bring the total site development to approximately 30,000 sf building
and 165 parking spaces. This request impacts OC PIN 9874-41-7942. (Speakers on this
item must be sworn)
ITEM #6: Unified Development Ordinance amendment to Section 5.1.6 to allow artisan studio as
a Permitted/Conditional use in the General Industrial district
ITEM #7: Unified Development Ordinance amendment to Section 5.1.6 to allow performance
facility as a P/C use in the Central Commercial district.
