ITEM #2: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #3: Approval of minutes from March and May meetings
ITEM #4: Recommendation to the Town Board regarding Unified Development Ordinance
amendment to Section 5.1.6 to allow performance facility as a P/C use in the Central
Commercial district.
Action requested: This item was heard in April & members asked more time to formulate
a recommendation
ITEM #5: Discussion of Unified Development Ordinance amendment to create a redevelopment
district, with permitted uses, dimensional requirements, and use requirements.
Action requested: Vote needed to send text to public hearing.
ITEM #6: Discussion of Unified Development Ordinance amendment to modify land use buffer
provisions related to utility installations
Action requested: Vote needed to send text to public hearing.
ITEM #7: Discussion of potential subcommittee meeting dates & topics:
July 25 or August 1 Overlay districts to implement design standards
August 22 or 29 Process changes, housekeeping amendments & permitted uses
ITEM #8: Adjourn.
