Motion to approve initiating amendments to the Town of Leesburg Zoning
Ordinance to establish new planned development districts; to designate the Zoning
classifications for properties in the Compass Creek Development Area that come into
the town boundaries by boundary line agreement, annexation or otherwise; to amend
sections of the design and construction standards manual to accommodate properties
in the Compass Creek Development area; and to continue the effect of prior
development approvals by Loudoun County.
