MOTION 2019-164
Motion to amend Resolution 2016-116 by removing the second “WHEREAS”
related to a change in the meeting start time and bullet #4 to include when a Council
Member votes “yes” that it indicates the Council Member’s desire to have his/her
name added to the proclamation. A nay vote or an abstention indicates that a
member does not want his/her name on the proclamation. If a member is absent, the
member must notify the Clerk within seven (7) days of the vote.
