Motion to initiating amendments to the Town of Leesburg Zoning ordinance to
establish new planned development districts; to designate the Zoning classifications
for properties in the Compass Creek development area that come into the Town
boundaries by boundary line agreement, annexation or otherwise; to amend sections
of the Design and Construction Standards Manual to accommodate properties in the
Compass Creek development area; and to continue the effect of prior development
approvals by Loudoun County.
