MOTION 2019-216
I move that special exception application TLSE 2019-0003, Wee Garden Daycare be
conditionally approved, subject to the conditions contained in the Planning
Commission staff report dated July 18, 2019 on the basis that the approval criteria of
Zoning Ordinance Sections 3.4.12 and 9.3.4 have been satisfied and that the proposal
would serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning
practice.
