ITEM #2: Discuss Design regulations and right of way improvements for South Churton between I-
85 and railroad bridge:
What are the major threats or concerns?
How do imporvments in the public right of way address these concerns?
o Median, sidewalks, bike lanes, landscaping, utilities
What is the intended “experience” or “character” of the corridor?
Is it a corridor or district? (this impacts how we regulate)
What if any design elements should be regulate in addition to the existing list?
