ITEM #4: Recommendations to Town Board regarding items at July public hearing:
A. Unified Development Ordinance amendment to create Adaptive Re-Use district
B. Unified Development Ordinance amendment to Table 6.3.1 to remove the 5 acre
minimum lot size in the Agricultural Residential district
C. Unified Development Ordinance amendment to Section 6.5.7 to modify how utility
conflicts with land use buffer are resolved.
D. Rezoning Request from Eno River Development Company to rezone approximately 17
acres at 437 Dimmocks Mill Road from General Industrial to Adaptive Re-Use
E. Rezoning Request from Lacefield Properties, LLC to rezone 2.68 acres at 259 S.
Churton Street from General Commercial to High Intensity Commercial
F. Special Use Permit request for Tractor Supply store at 1701 NC 86 S
G. Special Use Permit request for Town of Hillsborough to construct a 500,000 gallon
elevated water storage tank at 498 Waterstone Drive
