ITEM #1: Call to order and confirmation of a quorum
ITEM #2: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #3: Approval of minutes from August meeting
ITEM #4: Discussion of potential UDO text amendments needed to comply with state requirements
for delegated authority to implement the Falls Lake water quality rules.
ITEM #5: Discussion of potential UDO text amendments to bring ordinance into compliance with
new state enabling legislation related to Board of Adjustment processes.
ITEM #6: Discussion of potential UDO text amendment to clarify and correct parking space
dimension table (6.13.8.6)
ITEM #7: Discussion of potential UDO text amendment to establish one restaurant type and delete
references to types A, B, and C.
ITEM #8: Discussion of potential UDO text amendment to change the thresholds for site plan
reviews to allow larger buildings to be processed by staff rather than as Conditional Use
Permits.
ITEM #9: Update on work session meeting held to date and discussion of continuation – including
meeting dates
