ITEM #1: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #2: Open the public hearing
ITEM #3: Reopened hearing the annexation, zoning and development plan for Phase 2
of the proposed Eno Mountain Village development to discuss the potential
impacts of the Piedmont Minerals mining operation on Phase 2 of the proposed
townhome development. Phase 2 contains approximately 5 acres on the north
side of Eno Mountain Road and is a portion of OC PIN 9864-71-3556. The SUP
application showed 18 townhomes in Phase 2.
ITEM #4: Special Use Permit application from Kirkland, Inc. to construct a 7,070 sf
building on 1.86 acres for the David Dental practice and two leased spaces to
locate at 510 Hampton Pointe Blvd (OC PIN 9873-49-8991)
ITEM #5: Community Connectivity Plan updates
ITEM #6: Master Parks and Recreation Plan updates.
ITEM #7: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 5 and 9.2 to
modify standards for bars, restaurants, and performance facilities. Amendments
will also delete the use “nightclub” from the ordinance and allow a performance
facility by right in the General Commercial district.
ITEM #8: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to Section 6.18.4 to define
signage on an elevated water tank as a new permanent sign not subject to permit
requirements.
