Annexation, zoning, and Special Use Permit for Phase 2 of the proposed Eno Mountain Village development B. Special Use Permit application from Kirkland, Inc. to construct a 7,070 sf building on 1.86 acres for the Davis Dental practice and two leased spaces to locate at 510 Hampton Pointe Blvd (OC PIN 9873-49-8991) C. Amendments to Community Connectivity Plan D. Amendments to Master Parks and Recreation Plan E. Unified Development Ordinance amendments to Section 5 and 9.2 to modify standards for bars, restaurants, and performance facilities F. Unified Development Ordinance amendment to Section 6.18.4 to define signage on an elevated water tank as a new permanent sign not subject to permit requirements. ITEM #5: Discussion of potential Future Land Use Plan text amendments: A. Add Adaptive Re-Use District zoning district to expected zonings listed for certain land use designations B. Add Entranceway Special Use and Economic Development district to expected zonings listed for Mixed Use designation. C. Remove “2 acre minimum lot size” from the description of “Rural Living” to be more consistent with Agricultural-Residential and Orange County zoning. ITEM #6: Discussion of potential text amendments to add the option of pursuing special use zoning within the Historic District overlay.
